The Carpathian bell is a perennial, popular & appreciated for its beautiful, delicate flowers & small requirements, perfect for flower beds & rock gardens. It creates quite loose tufts growing up to about 8 in (20cm) in height. in May, June & July it is covered with numerous snow-white flowers. It blooms with variable abundance until the end of July, but if we cut the faded flowers after flowering, more flowers will appear in September. The Carpathian bellflower is a species with relatively low requirements, it grows well in moderately moist soils with average fertility. It develops best in a sunny place.
