This is great for the environment because there is no unused warehouse stock! However, because there is no warehouse stock, there are NO RETURNS. However, the printer stands by the quality of their product & shipping. If by chance a problem occurs, please let me know with a photo of what has gone wrong. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on the part of the printer are covered at their expense. COLOR: Also, please remember that colors look different on different screens. Several things affect how color shows up on a screen, including the age & type of your monitor, as well as the kind of graphics card being used. Colors also tend to look bit different on a mobile device.
