A gorgeous fabric to brighten up a rainy day, this is an organic cotton knit jersey with a PU coating on one side, making it waterproof & suitable for rain coats / ponchos etc. For a laminated fabric it is still pretty soft (the inside has a lovely, brushed feel) & it has some stretch too.
