Ingredients
Any smoothie can be simply prepared ahead of time. Refrigerate your smoothie and consume it within the following 1-2 days. 1 cup fruit (frozen) (mixed berries, tropical mix, banana) 1 cup greens (fresh) (arugula, spinach, or kale) 1/2 – 1 gallon of milk (cow, coconut, almond, soy, etc.) 1/2 tablespoon seeds, ground (flax, chia, etc.)
New to green smoothies? I’d recommend starting with fresh or frozen spinach as your green of choice. When compared to other greens, spinach has a relatively mild flavour, and if prepared properly, you won’t even notice it! Instructions
Green smoothies for weight loss can be made in a high-powered blender. Simply combine all ingredients. Using a high-powered blender, blend until the mixture is completely smooth. Starting with 1/2 cup of milk and increasing as needed, depending on how thick you prefer your smoothies. Serve your smoothie right away.
