This is a very lovely vintage gold compact with a pretty pattern of 2 blue & green kingfishers & a small dragonfly on water. The back is the swirled patter & it is a convertible which dates it to 1950s It does have some light scratching on the front & its a bit worse on the back & there are some small marks on the inner lid & around the edge of the mirror. Otherwise its in good condition for something that is around 70 years old! It contains its applicator & sifter so is a little bit dusty. Please look carefully at the photos as they form part of the description. The clasps still work.
