In 1938 a potter began recreating salt-glazed pottery for the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation. That business was the beginning of the famed Williamsburg Pottery that along with reproducing colonial-era pottery became a discount retailer of epic proportions. This pretty little salt-glazed candleholder/chamber stick is marked with the Williamsburg Pottery & Colonial Williamsburg products mark. Nice twist to the handle. The candleholder is in nice vintage condition! Would make a nice gift or great for a table/shelf. Please note: This is a vintage item & will show normal signs of use. All items are described as I accurately as can assess. About vintage, most items are used, & are 20, 30 or more years old. Occasionally, they can be found after being stored for many years, & are in pristine condition. Most have been gently used. Pictures are the best description, & please ask questions before you buy. I will always try to describe flaws. My vintage goods are sold ‘as found’. Light flaws are part of the character. Why buy new, when vintage is so much more interesting & unique? If not happy with your purchase, return in original condition within 14 days for a full refund. You pay only shipping.
