Canadian pottery swans where produced by many pottery companies in the 60s/70s. This example is a planter & came from the Royal Canadian Art Pottery of Hamilton Ontario. The deep red flow over dark brown is beautiful. It has an original foil tag inside the tail. This piece appears as new with no indication of use. A previous owner glued green felt to the red clay bottom to avoid scratching furniture. It is 7 long, 4 at its widest, & stands 6 to the top of the swan’s head. However, this carrier does not have a shipping calculator that integrates with Etsy so shipping calculations are still from Canada Post. Timeframes will generally be faster & the rates will usually be less than quoted. As a result I am making partial refunds on about half of my shipments - on bulky items to the USA, refunds can be in the double digits. If you want an accurate quote in advance please email me with your full address, postal code & country. All items are packed carefully & securely. I use recycled materials wherever possible. I will combine shipping on multiple purchases whenever appropriate in order to save you money. If you live or work in the vicinity of Whitby, Ontario, you can pick up your purchase & save the shipping charges. You could also drop by & view the items we’ve listed in person.
