Vintage Powder Compact Combination Lipstick Holder German Petit Pointe Embroidered 1940S 1950S Black Silk

This is an embroidered silk compact . Made circa 1945 probably in Germany as it is marked foreign. It also reads GBPat & would be subject to a British patent. At one side is a lipstick holder. The silk outer has petit pointe embroidery . Internally it is black leather lined. There is a mirror which has slight distress. There is a silk puff & sifter but no powder. There is an external folding clip closure.
