Finely detailed & delicate gold filled pin fashioned as a hibiscus flower with scroll & ball art nouveau design. The pin has a hook at the bottom which was used for a lady’s watch, locket, or chatelaine item. The beautiful piece is signed 1/20 12K on Silver, followed by CA with an arrow through the letters. The arrow is the mark of the Cart Art Jewelry Company of Providence, Rhode Island, which began business in the 1930s. The pin is 1 3/4 wide & 1 high. It is in excellent vintage condition. Various items could be hung from the pin, in addition to the ones listed above. An antiquer or flea market aficianado might want to hang a small magnifying glass from the pin. A name tag or badge could also be attached to it. Just be creative!
