Stunning, one-of-a-kind 1950s hand painted floral sequin circle skirt. Features metallic hand painted large hibiscus floral design with a tragedy mask crying a puddle through the flower at front & back centre. There are gold, blue, green & orange sequins hand sewn through out that glisten beautifully in any light. Skirt has a hook closure band that fastens to the front of you, & has an elastic panel to provide extra comfort & stretch. Then there is the front tie panel that creates at bow at the back. Skirt is in great condition & fits a 30.5 waist currently, although hooks can be moved to fit as small as a 28 waist. Expand for more details & measurements.
