Beautifully decorated papier mache powder box, complete with puff. Round, slightly domed lidded pot, with gold decoration depicting a landscape scene with people & flowers. The puff is dome shape with a small celluloid handle. Origin: French Era: Victorian period. Dimensions: 7cms x 8.5cms or 2.75 x 3.34 The powder box is in good vintage condition, with decoration largely intact. It displays extremely well. It has been used & does have some light wear & tear consistent with age & use. The puff is in used condition, & the ‘puff’ part has some wear. The celluloid handle is intact.
