TWO wonderful old Planters or Vases by McCarty Bros. Chinese Man sitting on baskets. Chinese girl with umbrella standing among baskets. All of the Girl planters that I’ve seen, had the umbrella handle Molded into piece but this one Actually has a Wood handle glued into place. Mold copyright 1943 , pair made in 1945 Good condition. There is crazing of the glossy glaze. Boy has 2 minor glaze chips on the underside, see pic. Insides are dirty, will leave for You to clean. Measurements: Boy = 8 tall X 5 wide X 5 Girl = 6-7/8 tall X 5 wide X 3-3/4 Will ship by Priority mail from Seattle.
