Tiny amethyst spinning bead fidget pendant This little pendant is made using eco friendly & lead free silver solder, copper & a genuine amethyst gemstone bead.The bead can be spun or rubbed between your thumb & forefinger & can be used to help with anxiety, breathing & to help calm the mind. These little pendants are useful to sit & spin during meditation, as they can bring focus back to the breath by consciously spinning the beads. They have also been useful for people dealing with anxiety, focusing, autism & ADHD & people taking exams/ studying. Spinning the bead helps to dispel nervous or unwanted energy, these spinners make no noise & are very discreet to use in public areas/classes etc. SIZE & DIMENSIONS The pendant measures 1x1cm & will come hung on a brown cord which is tied with a slipknot so that you can easily adjust the length. The longest hanging length is 25cm & this can be halved by pulling the little knots at the base of the necklace METAPHYSICAL PROPERTIES Amethyst is a purple variation of quartz, & is known widely as the ‘sobriety stone’ due to its stability & gentle energy.
