On offer is this lovely antique shaker / pepperette. It’s in good condition overall, the silver shines up well still - light scuffs & scratches commensurate with age but as shown all adding to the aged charm & character of the piece. It’s of traditional form, the body has been beautifully decorated with a rococo inspired floral & c scroll pattern which displays ever so well from all angles. The original screw-on top is present & shows a series of small holes for shaking. The inside of the body has extensively darkened over the years. Supported on a contrasting square base. Both the top & body share the same full set of hallmarks - notably rubbed - for London, 1898 & the maker Josiah Williams & Co. It measures 10.2cm (4 inches) in total height, weighs 57.5g & is ready to be collected & enjoyed once again! The postage quote is for Tracked Airmail.
