Sisyrinchium striatum, Satin flower or Pale Yelllow-eyed Grass, UK FREE POST This auction is for 20, 30, 40, 60 or 100 seeds, home grown organically in the UK of this fully hardy clump forming perennial from Argentina & Chile. It is a great plant for adding to prairie type plantings, cottage gardens & rockeries. It does well in drier well drained sites in full sun at the front of the border, but is quite tolerant of other soil types & moisture. It grows to around 3’ (90cm) high & 1’ (30cm) across, producing flowering spikes with clusters of 1’’ wide white & yellow, long lasting, summer blooms from June - August.
