A colourful set of midcentury Salter coin checker scales. With a large fixed pan & simple vertical dial showing amounts for different quantities of various coins of British currency. The 1lb weight pictured is not included, but is to show the scale working & the relative capacity of the scale. There are a few chips & scratches to the base commensurate with age, but the face is in excellent condition.
