Sometimes it is called redbush tea or bush tea. The leaves of rooibos are fermented & have a malty or earthy flavour & reddish-brown colour. It’s a caffeine-free alternative to black & green tea & full of powerful antioxidants. To make a tea, use 1-2 tsp with 1 cup of freshly boiled water. Infuse for 3 minutes. You can add some cinnamon, ginger, or orange peel to prepare a winter warm tea.
