Made in Japan. in good pre-owned condition with a small chip on the edge of her hat, a couple small chips at the bottom edge of her dress, & small amount of paint flaked off on the parasol handle. Measures approximately 8.5 high, 4 wide, & 4.25 deep. I do combine shipping whenever possible & refund shipping overage of more than $1.00.
