Extra large silver ring markers fit needles up to 15mm (size 19 US). Clip progress keepers are best used clipped directly to the yarn of a project but do fit needles up to 4.5mm (7 US). Hex markers fit needles up to 6.5mm (size 10.5 US). Large hex markers fit needles up to 12mm (size 17 US). Extra large hex markers fit needles up to 17mm (size 19 US). The main ring of the marker itself is seamless, to reduce snags. The color may wear over time with use, this does not affect the usability of these markers.
