As a thickener, Plantago Psyllium Seeds has been used in ice cream & frozen desserts. Psyllium can be taken already soaked in water, milk or juice. To make an infusion, 1-2 tbsp of Plantago Psyllium Seeds pour 200ml of boiling water & leave covered for 10-15 minutes. Stir well before using.
