A personalisable family bears birthday card which can be personalised in lots of ways to make a unique card. You can choose a combination of one or two adult bears with up to three bearcubs, all holding hands with each other. Underneath your bears are the accompanying names with little hearts in between.The bears can be chosen in a variety of combinations (just see the images for some examples): so this image can represent parent(s) or grandparent(s) with up to three children, but could also be an for an individual adult - mummy, daddy, auntie etc - with baby or babies.
