Stunning pair of antique two-tone salt glazed stoneware ceramic pots, in a very traditional design. These jars do not bear any maker’s mark, but have all the signs of nineteenth-century British manufacture. They are highly collectable pieces with great ornamental value, which could also be repurposed to be used as plant pots or to store various items. Please note that they are very similar, but not perfectly matching, one brown band being darker than the other. They are in very good vintage condition, with some internal crazing & other signs of wear commensurate with age, but no major structural damage. Most of the minor imperfections appear to be original to the items themselves, & were probably caused by the manufacturing process. They measure approximately H20 x D15cm each, & weigh over 3kg combined. For international buyers, please note: I have set a flat rate for international shipping, which reflects the guideline prices set by couriers for items of this weight. Actual rates & delivery times vary from country to country, though, & I will be sure to refund any shipping overages after the purchase. If you can’t see shipping to a specific country, please do get in touch to discuss shipping options & prices.
