Our flowering green tea is naturally very low in caffeine, high in antioxidants and can be steeped up to 3 times without tasting bitter. To prepare this tea, use 1 tea blossom for approx. 400ml of water. Heat water to 85C (180F) and steep for 3 minutes until flower has opened. Net weight: approx 45g for 5 blooms and 90g for 10 blooms.
