The certified ORGANIC version of our Opus Oléa extra virgin olive oil. All our trees are cared for without the use of chemical pesticides or fertilisers. Our higher-elevation fields have been certified organic, whereas our lower-elevation fields are in the process of transition to an organic certification. We harvest the certified organic trees on slightly different dates than the in-process to the certification trees and we mill and bottle them separately in a certified organic facility.Hand harvested and cold pressed without the use of industrial solvents like hexane, ethyl acetate etc. not given 100% Organic Koroneiki olives
