On offer is this lovely collectible historical salt / mustard spoon. It’s in good condition overall, the silver plating shines up well still - notable scuffs & scratches all over commensurate with age as well as notable ware / rubbing to the gilded bowl interior but as shown all adding to the aged charm & character of the piece. It’s of traditional form, the handle terminal has been decorated with E&A for the Eastern & Australian Steam Navigation Company - & would’ve been used on-board an ocean liner for serving salt / mustard / condiments. Marked on the reverse for Mappin & Webb of Sheffield, circa second quarter to mid 20th century. It measures a charming 88mm in length. A delightful historical miniature spoon ready to be collected & enjoyed once again! The postage quote is for a Royal Mail tracked & insured service - Please note postage can be reduced if tracking isn’t required .
