Although the entire herb grinder is dishwasher safe, it is recommended that you disassemble the parts to effectively clean all components. Remove the top of the herb grinder. Rinse the herb grinder to remove any remaining herbs from the device. Hold the herb grinder with the blades facing up. With one hand, pinch the two tabs on the sides of the body. With the other hand, turn the locking ring counter-clockwise until it disengages from the herb grinder. If you are careful, remove the rotating blade and fixed blade. Remove the insert from the body. The parts are ready for cleaning. Assembly Process: Insert the insert into the body and install the fixed blade first.
