Find information about the BUY 2 GET 3rd FREE sale BELOW Preparing your order Each of my prints are made using high quality archival Epson UltraChrome HD Pigment inks on a heavyweight, acid-free white matte watercolor paper. A small white border is left for framing. The inks used are tested & guaranteed not to fade for at least 200+ years. Please note that the prints are NOT canvas. All my prints are printed on quality watercolor paper only. Print is signed & dated by me on the backside of the print. Your order is packed & shipped with care to ensure it would safely arrive to you. Smaller prints are sent in a thick layered envelope with an extra thick cardboard to ensure it won’t be damaged, while bigger size prints are sent in a plastic tube, rolled up. If you order a combination of large & small prints, they all might come rolled up in the tube. Shipping method Your package is shipped by the Serbian Postal Service (Posta Srbije) as a registered mail with tracking, & once it enters your country it is taken by your country’s postal service. Only the recipient & household members can pick up the package, & it requires signature upon delivery. The package won’t be left at your property or in your mailbox. If you miss the delivery, PLEASE go to your nearest post office with your ID & tracking number, so you could pick up your package. OTHERWISE IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO MY COUNTRY. Please read the Basic Delivery Time Information: On average it takes 15-30 work days for a package to arrive, but sometimes it can take 4-5 weeks, due to multiple factors which influence the delivery time (including the distance the package has to travel in order to arrive to you, & how long the package is held at your country’s customs). Europe: 5-15 work days USA: 15 work days - 1.5 months Canada & Australia: 20 work days - 1.5 months Rest of the world: 20 work days-1.5 months Around & during the Christmas Holiday Season it can take 1.5-2 months for the package to arrive, but on rare occasions such long delivery time can happen anytime during the year. If your package still hasn’t arrived even after 2 months have passed then please contact me & if it’s confirmed that your item is lost, I will resend your item.
