We will try & combine delivery when multiple items have been purchased but unfortunately this can’t always be done due the size limitations put in place by Evri & Parcelforce. For example, long items can usually be sent together & wide items can usually be combined but galvanized tubs etc of different sizes that do not fit inside each other may have to be sent individually. This item, if not being collected, will be sent by a signed-for service, so need to be delivered to an address where someone will be in during the day. We are happy to send the package to a work address, neighbour or relative. As with all couriers, they will make two attempts at delivery, hold the package at their local depot for three days then return it to us. There will be a charge to return the package so please make sure you are able to take delivery!
