This plant has been used in beverages, desserts, candies, cosmetic creams & was the root of the original marshmallow confectionery. To prepare a tea, 1-3 tsp of Marshmallow Root pour 200ml of boiling water. Leave to infuse covered for 10-15 minutes, then strain & let it cool. You can drink that infusion with honey & lemon juice.
