Lovely ceramic indoor tea cup planter. Made from Retro Broadhurst Tyne saucer & complimentary cup pattern cup & saucer. The saucer is in the gorgeous Tyne pattern by Broadhurst made sometime between 1958 & 1964 (Kathie Winkle started producing the designs for Broadhurst in 1958, but her name did not appear on the back stamp until 1964). The cup is not from this set but has a perfectly matching colour, making a striking combination. Perfect for indoors small plants such as succulents & cacti. The tea cup has a drainage hole for plant health & the saucer protects your surfaces from water damage. Cup planter height - 6.5 cm Rim diameter - 8.5 cm Saucer diameter - 14 cm Good vintage condition. All my planters are made from slightly damaged items or I would feel too guilty to drill holes in them, in this case they don’t match! Please look carefully at the pics. This pattern is really cool & the planter is a stylish & practical object, perfect for any vintage home! PLEASE NOTE: the pot does NOT come with the plant (it would not survive royal mail!)
