This & all my stick barrettes are handcrafted, hand painted professional grade polymer clay, a durable product that will last for many years. Each one has been intricately hand patterned, colored & highlighted/painted to enhance the very lovely & unique detailed design & then finished with a sealcoat to protect hand painted finish. Each contains a wood stick. The stick can also be used alone to hold your hair in a twist. This is a large barrette for full hair, large ponytails, large hair twists, etc. If you have fine hair or are looking for a stick barrette for a young person, please look at my collection of small stick barrettes, they hold half the amount of hair. HANDMADE Each hair barrette is handmade & crafted with care. My polymer clay barrettes are sculpted, baked, sanded, & sealed by me personally. They are a labor of love! Colors may vary slightly from photo. BARRETTE Store in a place that is clean & dry. Do not let soak in water as it will affect the longevity of your barrette. If your barrette gets dirty you can use rubbing alcohol & a clean cotton swab to clean.
