Suggested Use: To prepare an infusion, pour 1 glass (200 ml) of boiling water over 1-3 tsp of Lady’s Bedstraw Herb Herba Organica & infuse for around 10-15 minutes, then strain the mixture. After straining it is ready to use. If desired, add a little lemon juice or honey to taste.
