There are no chemicals or pesticides used in the production of this organic cotton fabric. This makes it safer to harvest, safer to wear, & is much more eco-friendly. This fabric is ideal for any type of dressmaking or tailoring & can also be used in quilts. Washing instructions - the manufacturer says wash at 30 degrees, medium tumble dry. We do recommend that these fabrics are washed & dried before use to remove any shrinkage.
