Christmas Delivery We are sending all standard orders as Tracked 24 which RM advise will be delivered before Christmas if ordered before Midday Monday. Our upgraded APC courrier service is also available. This is a next day service but with current demand it may take two days. All orders placed over the weekend of 17/18 December will be dispatched on or before Monday. Sustainability We do not buy plastic packaging. All our packaging is either recycled, recyclable or both. The boxes & paper we use is FSC approved. If a plant needs waterproof packaging we re-use plastic we’ve saved from elsewhere. We also re-use boxes; when we do we put the money saved towards planting trees. If your item is a gift or presentation is important just leave a note on your order & we will use a new FSC recyclable box. Our electricity is 0% carbon. ETSY offset 100% of carbon emissions from our deliveries & packaging. We use Royal Mail, partly because they have the lowest carbon emission of any delivery company.
