This gorgeous planter was made on the potters wheel. After it was dry enough to handle I added a green slip & then carved the fern pattern into it. I like the unglazed look, so I have left the outside unglazed, doing just a ring around the top so if you don’t like the feel of unglazed pottery you can pick it up. This is a high fired stoneware piece, so it it very durable & is frost resistant, so can be used inside or out. This piece has no drainage hole.
