The oil comes from the first pressing of the olives, & no chemicals or hot water are added during processing. Our Extra virgin olive oil has acidity level 0.48 percent. You should always look for acidity levels in extra virgin olive oil under 1 percent, & as much lower that much better olive oil. Acidity affects the taste & is a determinant of quality. Shipping Policy We dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) For the same day dispatch orders need to be placed by 11 am. Orders placed after 11 am & over the weekend will be processed on the next working day. We offer free delivery service by Royal Mail 2nd Class. Please allow 2 to 3 working days to receive your purchase. We offer free tracking delivery service on larger orders or above 40 by Royal Mail 48 or by courier service UPS. Please allow 2 working days to receive your order. Working days are Monday to Friday only & do not include Bank Holidays. For international orders: All orders are send by Royal Mail International Standard post. We offer additional international tracking service, shipping fees will be shown upon checkout.
