Gorgeous French Vintage Handmade Dark Wood Salt Storage Box - Rustic Farmhouse Kitchen Primitive

A lovely traditional French wooden box, originally intended for storing salt. This handmade box has a single metal hinge for the lid, decorative rivets, & a leaf pattern hand carved on the front. It has a hole for hanging, or it can stand on a counter top. It stands 23.5cms (9.5 inches) tall, & measures about 11.5 x 9cms (4.5 x 3.5 inches) across the base. Very good vintage condition. Perfect to complement a rustic or French farmhouse kitchen. I am happy to combine postage wherever possible. This item weighs about 450g.
