This piece was created in celebration of the 30th anniversary of a thrift shop run by a local Ladies of Charity chapter. The descending dove & birdhouse shape, along with the colorful hands, are elements of their long-time logo. I loved how they turned out, so decided to include both versions here! This print is a reproduction of my 11x14 hand-drawn, watercolor illustration. The contemporary style & colors are a great fit for a homeschooling start - or end-of-year gift, Confirmation gift, kids room, kitchen, nursery….or pick a set of 12 2.5x3 inch prayercards to share inspiration with others. The hand-lettered black & white text on the back of the prayercards has an easy to read list with all the gifts. One of the many things I appreciate about them is they use sustainably forested paper & environmentally sensitive inks. Each print is signed in pencil by the artist (me), along with the date & name of the piece handwritten on the back. This is an unmatted print on bright white, 100lb paper. Prints run with a narrow white border & can easily fit, unmatted, in any standard 11x14, 8x10 or 5x7 frame. Prints look fantastic with a variety of mat colors. This print will be carefully packaged in a protective, sealed plastic sleeve with a backing board & shipped in a photo/document mailer via USPS.
