French Art Deco powder compact, pink guilloche enamel compact mirror, antique French metal dore compact This is a beautifully made antique French powder compact dating from around the 1920s. It has a stunning pink guilloche engine turned lid which is accentuated by the black surround of the base. The lid opens to reveal a mirror in good condition & an early loose powder dispenser. To the bottom of the mirror is stamped Metal Dore, or gilded metal. The compact has light surface wear that you’ll see in the photos & video but is in overall good antique condition.
