It is great for anyone who loves loose leaf tea and still expect convenience! We have been selling this tea maker since 2006, and though its manufacturer has recently changed its shape, it is the same at its heart, with its unique and clever filtering system.Simply fill the maker with tea leaves, pour boiling water, let it brew according to infusion time you want. Once ready, instead of pouring as you would expect, simply sit the maker on your mug, the tea will filter through a fine mesh and you will be left with a clean clear cup of tea ! Incredibly simple. And non drip once you lift it back up. The model we currently have in stock has a black lid and black base, and is not completely see-through as per the main picture (shown to demonstrate the pouring). Even though this item is mostly made of plastic, it is durable and will probably compensate for the many teabags you won’t use that are not biodegradable.
