Inspired by the Japanese art of kintsugi repairing broken pottery with lacquer dusted or mixed with powdered gold, silver, or platinum, these are one-of-a-kind, wheel thrown ceramic matcha / tea bowls made from a creamy white stoneware clay. The luster simulates kintsugi. Rest assured that the tea bowls have not been broken & mended. Measure approx. 2 1/4 tall by 4 1/2 in diameter. Perfect for that delicious cup of matcha, ice cream, soup or other! (Not microwave safe & not recommended to wash in a dishwasher to preserve the gold luster.) NOTE: these are priced per.
