Dukkah is a coarse blend of spices, nuts & lemon zest that is delicious sprinkled on everything from vegetables, meats & salads. It is especially delicious sprinkled on avocado toast drizzled with olive oil. If you have a spice grinder, it can be ground a bit finer & used as a coating for several kinds of fish.
