This box is marked SAMPLE on the inside, & I didn’t see YALE UNIVERSITY on their list of active or discontinued schools, so it’s possible that this is the only one produced for the Connecticut institution. I believe it was made in the 1980s, since that is the date on the sample brochure found inside the box.
