The Hawaiian fabric design has sea turtles in blue wave fabric. Print placement may vary slightly due to fabric cut. The batting in between the fabric & felt make the book earring holder soft to touch. It is enclosed with a matching elastic & diamond button clasp. Earrings & other photo props are not included. Your regular book will have 4 pages of felt, but if you want it expanded, you could choose the 6 page option. The earring book organizer can also accomodate dangle earrings as well as studs. With dangles, use a large safety pin or thick darning or quilting needle to poke a hole on the felt to allow the backing of the earring to go through easier.
