These berries were collected at wood area in North Ukraine, far away from big cities. At this moment I have 500 grams of dried berries. Bilberries or European Blueberries or Whortleberry or Chornytsia (in Ukrainian) are biologically active substances. These berries have been used for nearly 1,000 years in traditional European medicine. Please, consult your doctor if you are going to use these berries for health care. Also it is commonly used in cooking. Fresh berries are often added to sauces or to make jelly, fruit juices, jams. Dried berries can be used in bakery.
