Our Cooking Sponge is a paper free towel for drying off fresh herbs, tofu & draining grease from fried food & bacon. It is approximately 12 square & made of cotton batting & unbleached muslin. It is absorbent & can be easily cleaned by soaking the towel in hot water & a degreaser dish soap for 10 - 15 minutes. After soaking, it can be machine washed & dried with your towels. Because it is made of cotton, once it reaches the end of its useful life it can be cut up & added to your compost bin.
