Same week shipping cut-off for new order is Monday at 2pm Pacific time. All orders received after Monday 2pm will be shipped following Monday. (UNPACKING INFORMATION & SUCCULENT TRANSPORTATION CARE) When your succulents are delivered, it is important to unpack the box immediately in order to prevent possible heat/cold damage & to provide succulents with light, air, & water after their long shipping journey. Once you open your package, gently remove shredded papers & take succulents out of the box & onto a tray for watering. During transit if succulents are not handled carefully, succulent soil may loosen into the package. More than 95% of our orders arrive safely into our customers’ hands. However, some loosen soil & succulents in your box may sometimes occur in shipping. Please rest assured that loose soil on the succulents will not damage them, but they may need to be repotted & cleaned up back into the original growers pot or planted in an arrangement immediately. Beware if you don’t open your box right away or if you place the succulents in a dark room, they might not survive from lack of sunlight & stress from the shipping process. Keep in mind as well to not place the succulents under intense direct sunlight, to prevent sunburns. Upgrading shipping can be a good option to minimize damage in transit. (CARE INFORMATION) After cleaning and/or repotting the succulents, drench the succulents with water from a faucet, garden hose(low pressure) or watering can until water runs out from drainage holes. Then place succulents on an area with bright indirect sunlight, indoor or outdoor. in general, succulents need to be watered about once a week & receive at least 4 to 6 hours of filtered sunlight a day to maintain its color & shape.
