It can be found on the coasts of the North Sea, the western Baltic Sea, & some parts of the Atlantic & Pacific. You can use Bladderwrack Black Rockweed in your smoothies & milkshakes (whole parts or grind it into powder) or make a tea. You also can mix into the water with other ingredients & make a facial scrub. To prepare a tea, grind 1-1,5 tsp of Bladderwrack Black Rockweed in a grinder to make a powder & add it to 1 cup (250 ml) of warm water. Allow this mixture to sit for at least 10 minutes.
