Powder compact from the 1960’s with an embroidered or ‘petit point’ design featuring a beautiful bird & lots of multicoloured flowers on the lid. Inside is a clear mirror which provides a good reflection. The powder area has traces of loose powder. Made in England. All hinges & clasps work well. It is in good vintage condition with a very little amount of deterioration to the gold tone on the front & outside of the compact. It really is a beautiful compact & has been well looked after.
