The pumpkin Giraumon Potimarron is a variety of pumpkin with a very particular shape & color that earned him the nickname turban pumpkin. The pumpkin is one of the oldest plants domesticated by man. Tasty & sweet, the pumpkin Giaumon Potimarron can be eaten in salads, pures, soups or gratins. Sowing: April to May. Harvest: September to November. Plant your pumpkin seeds in a deep, moist & slightly humid soil. Sow in April when the temperature reaches a minimum of 12oC. Sow at 2 cm depth in clusters of 2 to 3 seeds then pack & water the soil. When the plants have 3 to 4 leaves, transplant them into solid ground, leaving a space of 2 meters in diameter between each pumpkin. Water your vegetables regularly & harvest them with their stalks as soon as they reach maturity. Avoid planting your pumpkin seeds near potatoes & prefer to grow them next to beans or cabbage. Growing location: Vegetable garden. Batch Of 25 Pumpkin-Giraumon Seeds
